Section 1

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using any service offered through the tekkabaz platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of this agreement, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and tekkabaz with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written, relating to the same subject matter.

tekkabaz reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will notify registered players via their account email address. Your continued use of the platform following the publication of any amended terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically.

These Terms & Conditions are written in English and the English-language version shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency with any translated version that may be provided for convenience.

Section 2

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the tekkabaz platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. You must satisfy all of the following conditions to open and maintain an account:

• 1 Minimum Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. tekkabaz operates a strict 18+ policy and does not permit access to minors under any circumstances. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.
• 2 Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction. If you are unsure whether online gaming is lawful in your location, you should seek independent legal advice before registering.
• 3 No Prior Exclusion: You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from tekkabaz or from any other gaming platform where such exclusion would affect your eligibility to use this service.
• 4 Own Account Use: You must be registering and playing on your own behalf, not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party. The use of another person's account or allowing others to use your account is strictly prohibited.
• 5 Accurate Information: All registration information provided to tekkabaz must be accurate, complete, and truthful. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

Section 3

Account Registration & Verification

To access the full range of services on tekkabaz — including placing bets, depositing funds, and claiming bonuses — you must complete the registration process and pass our Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. The following terms govern account registration and ongoing account management.

3.1 Registration Process

Registration requires you to provide a valid email address, a chosen username, a secure password, and certain personal details including your full name, date of birth, and contact number. All details must match the official documents you provide during KYC verification. Incomplete or inaccurate registrations may be rejected.

3.2 KYC Verification

tekkabaz reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage, including at the time of registration, prior to processing any withdrawal, or at any point during your use of the platform. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence issued in Bangladesh. Proof of address and proof of payment method ownership may also be required.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tekkabaz account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. tekkabaz will never ask you to provide your full password in any email, live chat, or support communication. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify us immediately at support@tekkabaz.

• Use a strong, unique password combining uppercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via OTP in your account security settings.
• Never access your tekkabaz account on a shared or public device.
• Log out fully after every session, especially on mobile devices.

Section 4

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on tekkabaz are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). tekkabaz does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals made via supported local payment methods, though your payment provider may apply its own charges. The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawal requests.

4.1 Deposits

Deposits can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, SureCash, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 for mobile wallet methods and ৳1,000 for card payments. Deposits are credited to your tekkabaz account balance in real time or within a maximum of 30 minutes. If a deposit is not reflected within this period, contact support with your transaction reference number.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours on business days, subject to completion of KYC verification. tekkabaz reserves the right to delay any withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of identity and payment method verification. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible.

4.3 Minimum & Maximum Limits

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply on a per-transaction or per-day basis and will be displayed in your account dashboard at the time of the withdrawal request. tekkabaz reserves the right to adjust these limits without prior notice in accordance with anti-money laundering obligations.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering (AML)

tekkabaz maintains a strict Anti-Money Laundering policy. Deposits must represent legitimate personal funds and must not originate from illegal activity. tekkabaz reserves the right to freeze account balances and withhold withdrawal processing where AML concerns arise, pending investigation and provision of satisfactory documentation by the account holder.

Section 5

Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted through the tekkabaz platform. Product-specific rules (cricket betting, live casino, slots, crash games) are published in the relevant sections of the platform's Help Centre and are incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference.

• 1 Bet Confirmation: A bet or wager is only valid once it has been confirmed by the tekkabaz system and a unique bet reference number has been issued. Bets placed during technical outages or connectivity interruptions may be voided at tekkabaz's discretion.
• 2 Insufficient Funds: Bets will only be accepted if your account balance is sufficient to cover the full stake at the time of placement. tekkabaz will not extend credit to players under any circumstances.
• 3 Palpable Errors: tekkabaz reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published in error (palpable error). Where a palpable error is identified, stakes will be returned to the player's account balance. This includes errors arising from data feed failures, human error, or software malfunction.
• 4 Abandoned & Suspended Events: For cricket and other sports betting, if an event is abandoned, postponed, or suspended before the minimum required play has been completed, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific sport's rules published on the platform. In most cases, stakes on affected markets will be returned.
• 5 Maximum Winnings: tekkabaz applies maximum payout limits per bet, per day, and per event. These limits are displayed on the bet placement interface and may differ by sport or game type. Winnings exceeding the published maximum payout will be reduced to the applicable limit.
• 6 RNG Games: All virtual slots, table games, and instant-win titles are powered by certified RNG technology provided by Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Hacksaw Gaming, and Spribe. RTP (Return to Player) percentages for individual games are available in each game's information panel.

Section 6

Bonuses & Promotions

tekkabaz offers promotional bonuses, free bets, free spins, and other incentive programmes to eligible players at its sole discretion. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses and promotions. Specific terms for individual offers are published alongside each promotion and take precedence where they conflict with these general bonus terms.

• 1 Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus credits must be wagered a minimum of 30 times before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be met within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited.
• 2 Eligible Players: Promotions are available to players who are fully verified, in good standing, and resident in an eligible territory. tekkabaz reserves the right to exclude specific players or accounts from individual promotions without prior notice.
• 3 One Bonus Per Household: Only one bonus of any given type may be claimed per household address, IP address, payment method, or device. Evidence of abuse of this rule will result in cancellation of all bonuses and may result in account suspension.
• 4 Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to exploit bonuses through tactics including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies, matched betting across multiple accounts, arbitrage wagering, or collusion with other players will be treated as bonus abuse and result in immediate forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• 5 Withdrawal of Promotions: tekkabaz reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn before its stated end date, players who have already claimed the bonus will be given a reasonable period to complete any applicable wagering requirements.

Section 7

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered player on tekkabaz, you agree to conduct yourself in a manner consistent with these Terms & Conditions and with all applicable laws. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tekkabaz platform:

tekkabaz monitors platform activity using automated systems and manual review processes. Where prohibited conduct is identified, we reserve the right to suspend or close the account immediately, void all associated bets and bonus activity, withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation, and report the activity to relevant authorities where required by law.

Section 8

Account Suspension & Closure

tekkabaz reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• 1 Breach of Terms: Any material breach of these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to prohibited conduct as outlined in Section 7, may result in immediate account suspension without prior notice.
• 2 Failed KYC Verification: If a player fails to provide satisfactory identity or payment verification documents within the required timeframe, tekkabaz may restrict account functionality, including disabling withdrawals, until verification is completed.
• 3 Voluntary Closure: Players who wish to close their tekkabaz account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting support at support@tekkabaz. Any remaining balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following completion of KYC review.
• 4 Self-Exclusion: Players who request a self-exclusion period through the responsible gaming settings will have their account access restricted for the duration of the exclusion. • 5 Inactive Accounts: An account that has had no login activity for 12 consecutive months will be classified as inactive. tekkabaz may apply a monthly administration fee of ৳100 to inactive accounts after this period. Players will be notified by email before any fee is applied and given the opportunity to reactivate their account.

Upon closure of an account — whether voluntary, by tekkabaz, or due to self-exclusion — any outstanding bonus balances that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be voided and will not be subject to withdrawal. Real-money balances in excess of the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to the player where permitted.
